Britney Spears and Paris Hilton were spotted together last night at the club, Opera, and they went to great lengths to conceal their identities! According to TMZ, they left the club within minutes of eachother. Paris had her head covered like Mother Theresa, and Brit was holding hands with another new man, who was carrying her purse. Brit also had a look-alike trailing behind her, dressed in the exact outfit she was wearing, complete with fedora! There is video of this at TMZ.
