The National Enquirer said Patrick Swayze had five weeks to live, but Patrick says this isn't true. While The Enquirer has long been known to be the first to break the facts in important news stories (such as in the O.J. Simpson murder case), he says they are wrong this time.
Patrick, 55, has confirmed that while he does have pancreatic cancer, and that those suffering this disease do only have a five percent chance or less of survival,that he is responding well to treatment. "Don't write me off yet," was his response to this story. Let's hope he is right.
