To this day, I've never seen Sam smile, and that's not normal. And guess what else? Sam's "mom" who is "too busy with her successful career" doesn't have the time to potty train Sam. That's right, she's five and still wears a diaper.
This poor little girl is dressed up and paraded around for photo opp's and pathetic Denise's "reality" show, and clearly has no bond with her "mother". She's still clutching her old mechanics grease rag, although it does appear that Denise, (or someone), has at least washed it
Poor little Sam always looks like she'd rather be anywhere else, and with anyone else. She seems lost
