or I should say out of OUR misery. This is why I can't watch Oprah, and haven't been able to for years. Just the way she announces her guests with such BRAVADO and smugness makes me sick. EX: "TEEEEE-NAH!!!! TURNERRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!" "JOHN TRAH!!!!!! VOLTAAAAAAA!!!" Then, she used to stand in the front row when some performer would be doing their song, and she'd be wildly clapping, never TO THE MUSIC, mind you, just clapping, trying to dance, pretending to know the words, (she NEVER DID) because, if you saw her trip with Gayle, you know she hates ALL MUSIC and refuses to listen to any of it.

Okay, so the standing in the front row thing gave me chills, just so humiliating to watch but now this fat dumpy big mouthed egomaniac has to go ON STAGE with Cher and Tina Turner, like ANYONE wants to see her up there UGH
and if her being up there wasn't bad enough, now that retarded Gayle has to go up on stage and march like some kind of a moron, Oprah has to make sure that she has all the attention at all times, so she angrily warned Gayle to stop with all her cool marching.
What is she pointing at! "Look at me, studio audience, who kisses my ass! I'm on TV dancing with Cher and Tina Turner because it's my show and I can do what I want! I don't care how much of a freak everyone knows I am!"

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Cher has revealed on an upcoming Oprah Winfrey show that she had a brief fling with actor Tom Cruise. Wow, revealing, I already "reported" on that months ago.

At 39, Cher was sixteen years Tom's senior when the couple met in the eighties during the early years of his career and shortly after the release of his hit film Risky Business.

Cher, now 61, told Oprah Winfrey: "I was crazy about him."

In the show, which will go to air next month, she spoke of Cruise, now 45, as an awkward young man who was struggling to adjust to his new life, the paper revealed.

"He was shy," she said. "He said he felt like such a boob in school and nobody talked to him. We went on a date once for dinner in a New York restaurant and the waitress was from his old school.

"He told me she never talked to him back in school, but now he was recognized he got all her attention.

"It could have been a great big romance because I was crazy for him," Cher said.

Cher? You can't have a GREAT BIG romance with a gay man, unless you are a man. You're not a man, are you?

Cher, now 61, confirmed rumours that she had dated 45-year-old pint-sized Tom in the 80s, despite the fact that his rat like face sometimes frightened her. She didn't say his face frightened her, but she said she didn't understand Scientology, because Sonny also followed the cult.

Cher told Good Morning American today that Top Gun star Cruise was not a Scientologist when they were seeing each other and described him as "just the most adorable man you can imagine". Oh, sweet. She's back from retirement!
Putting speculation to rest, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is going to announce on Thursday their hundred million dollar plus deal with the one and only Cher.
The international icon has entered into a very lucrative agreement with the hotel for a series of over 200 shows, which will run over the course of the next three years in their 4300 seat Colosseum.

Her first show will be on May 6th. Having seen her show, I can say it is really good, quite a spectacle. Even if you're like me, and don't like a single one of her songs, it doesn't matter, she is a great performer. If she tours with Cyndi Lauper again, I can also say that Cyndi was truly amazing and fun to watch.
Cher will be speaking with Good Morning America and Nightline on Thursday.

Cher was in Los Angeles yesterday. I think she looks great, for 61, or any age.
