While her husband Rob is being sued by one nanny, now Sheryl Lowe is being sued by a different former nanny, who claims that Sheryl is "perverted."

Laura Boyce, who worked for the couple for seven months in 2007, claims Sheryl Lowe created an "extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment... behaving in a ... perverted, disgusting and crude manner." Boyce also alleges that Sheryl used the "n" word in reference to Boyce's boyfriend, who was an NBA player. Sheryl also allegedly "walked around naked, completely exposing herself" to Boyce, asked about her boyfriend's private parts and talked about Sheryl's sex life with Rob.

Rob Lowe: Hands Inside The Nanny's Pants

Rob Lowe has a messy lawsuit on his hands, especially now that dear Gloria Allred is on the case.

His former nanny, Jessica Gibson 24, is saying that the “West Wing” actor sexually harassed her during her seven years as the family’s nanny. According to the lawsuit, Lowe “placed his hand insider her pants” several times between September 2005 and January 2008. In addition, he also exposed himself to her frequently, groped her butt without her consent, and Lowe’s wife Sheryl made a habit of walking around the house naked, making vulgar comments about their sex life.

During her appearance on the Today show, Jessica was asked why she stuck around for seven years, to which she replied, “I love the children. I needed the job. I thought it would get better, and I was scared.”

Us Magazine reports:
My family is devastated at this betrayal," he writes on the Huffington Post. "This woman worked in our home and traveled with us off and on for seven years, without complaint."

The woman quit "several weeks ago," he writes, and now "will accuse us both of a vicious laundry list of false terribles" since the $1.5 million payment was not made.

Lowe reproduces text messages allegedly sent by the woman – whom he found out had a "crush" on him – explaining her departure before she sought the pay-out.

"I have nothing bad 2 say about your family and really am thankful for what you guys have done for me over the years," she allegedly wrote. "I did not leave out of spite or anger, it was just time for my heart to let go... It had nothing to do with you or rob either, this was me."

Lowe asks, "Does that sound like someone who has been treated badly?"

He adds, "No one intimidates my family... We will defend ourselves with vigor and without fear."

Lowe, 44, has been married to Sheryl Berkoff since 1991. They have two sons.

Lowe’s attorney, Stanton Stein refuted Gibson, saying, “An investigation of dozens of present and former employees has failed to find one single person to verify her allegations. The allegations in the complaint are simply untrue.”

Last week, Rob filed a lawsuit against Jessica for allegedly spreading malicious lies about his family, saying she demanded $1.5 million as ‘hush money.’ He told press, “My family is devastated at this betrayal. This woman worked in our home and traveled with us off and on for seven years, without complaint.”

Rob Lowe is being blackmailed by a former nanny who is asking for $1.5 million in hush money. Rob claims the woman will spread "a vicious laundry list of false terribles," according to his pre-emptive strike via open letter on The Huffington Post. Today Rob and his wife Sheryl not only filed suit against the nanny but two other former employees as well.

In a 26-page complaint against the longtime former nanny, Lowe's lawyers say the woman claimed to have "a personal and intimate relationship with Lowe, and, in effect, accusing Rob Lowe of infidelity." The Lowes also learned that the nanny repeatedly expressed romantic interest in Rob and told people that "she wished he would divorce Sheryl ."
On at least one occasion, the nanny "bragged" about giving Lowe a massage during a trip with the Lowe family, according to court papers. The couple claims it never happened. The woman also allegedly claimed that Lowe sexually harassed her and that Sheryl Lowe was an "overly demanding" and "abusive" employer, who made "inappropriate comments of a sexual and racial nature" to her.

The other parties include another ex-nanny who allegedly spread malicious lies and a former chef who liked to have sex on the couple's bed:

In the 19-page filing against the former chef, Lowe claims the ex-employee had sex on their bed "with third parties" when the family was out of town, stole prescription drugs from their medicine cabinet that he later distributed to his friends, broke several security cameras and overcharged them for food. According to the suit, he also allegedly made statements to various people that Sheryl was heartless, cold and "unclean."
