Officials in London were forced to release Pete Doherty from their custody after they failed to get him to court on time. Police arrested the singer, who is currently undergoing court-mandated drug rehab, on Monday for suspicion of drug possession. Because of the court technicality, he walked away from jail a free man the next day.
