After tanning, Britney changed into another wrinkled dress, and ASS HANGING OUT, she went to the DMV. Tests are hard, y'all. She wanted to get a vanity plate that said, "IT'S BRITNEY, BITCH!" but didn't want to fill out the paperwork. She looks absolutely ridiculous being this happy, whether it's real or not.
