Singer John Rich, of the popular country duo Big and Rich, was seen having lunch with Jessica Simpson at The Palm in Nashville yesterday. Jessica is working on a country western album, YEE HAW!
If that doesn't sell, she'll do a children's album, then a Christian gospel album, and when those don't sell, she'll become a motivational speaker to help incest victims. If all that fails, and it will, she will join Paris Hilton on a tour of Rwonda to look at poor people.
