Kathy Griffin said that she's been banned AGAIN by Barbara Walters and isn't allowed on "The View" anymore. Kathy told Page Six that she was banned for making fun of that hateful old prude. She said, "I was supposed to be on 'The View' today. But then I get a call from the producer and he says, 'You were too mean to Barbara on your last special, so you can't come on.' Can you believe it? I've been banned before but never re-banned!"
