Madonna was spotted coming out of a London Hotel yesterday carrying a large "purple penetrator strap on" in a SEE THRU bag. Sick! Nice item to carry around in public... her husband Guy Richie looks pretty excited about it too. You KNOW it's for her to torture him with . I like her MAN hands.
