A dude is in the hospital after he was seriously injured in a car chase involving Britney outside the Beverly Hills Four Seasons last night. According to That Other Blog, several cars were in line chasing Britney Spears. An x17 pap car hit a motorcycle sending the passenger flying. He was injured and sent to Cedars-Sinai.
TMZ reports that the injured dude is known as a "spotter." He follows Britney around and then tips off photographers as to her whereabouts. He's apparently only been doing it a couple of days. Here's a tip: She goes to Starbucks. And if you see her, you better get the hell out of her way.
