Leona Helmsley, the "Queen of Mean" hotel operator, died at 87 today from heart failure, which was brought on by being the biggest bitch in the world. Famous for saying "Only the little people pay taxes", and then being fined seven million dollars by the IRS, she was impossibly cruel to everyone she ever knew. In her will, she left her dog, Trouble, 12 million dollars and not a cent to her grandchildren.
