The National Enquirer reports that O.J. Simpson's long time cokehead girlfriend, Christine Prody, is in the hospital after she fell down while drunk. Christie suffered major bruising all over her body. Sources also claim she had internal bleeding from her brain. The Enquirer reports that cops want to talk to O.J., because they believe Christie might have been brutally beaten down.
This woman used to be pretty. Sometime after she met O.J., her mom went on national t.v. and showed a picture of her daughter before she met O.J.Her mother said that after she met O.J., she went from being a pretty, well-groomed, smart girl with goals and a future ahead of her to a person involved in drugs, a victim of O.J.'s domestic violence, personality changes, and a complete loss of her looks. Her mom hoped that by going public it would get her daughter away from O.J. Sadly, it didn't work.
She's not even a shadow of her former self-now, virtually unrecognizable. Her deterioration is not your average "aging process", but rather the effects of 10 years+ hardcore drug use.
Christie is no victim though. From Minnesota, she came to L.A. specifically to meet O.J. following his killing spree (after dying her hair blonde to resemble Nicole.) Back then, the resemblance was startling. She stood outside the Rockingham gates every day until he saw her and asked her inside. She's never left. The last time police were called a few months ago, he beat her up after he caught her having sex with their gardener. Like O.J. is going to have a gardener. Anyway, how can he be a suspect for putting her in the hospital when he just went to jail for probation violation? Unless it happened before he went, and that was his "violation," I'm not sure yet.
Jan. 2001 Police are summoned to Simpson's home after a neighbor called to report an argument. Prody told police Simpson was angry that she came home late. No charges are filed.
Sept. 2000 Prody accused Simpson of using a key to break into her home, erase a message on her answering machine and take a letter. She called police but did not press charges.
May 2000 Police are called to a Miami hotel after Simpson and Prody got into a loud dispute and Prody allegedly slapped and kicked him. Simpson refused to press charges.
Oct. 1999 Police respond to a 911 call Simpson placed from Prody's house. According to a police report, Simpson said Prody had been on a cocaine binge. Simpson later calls that a misunderstanding.

Last February, Prody's home was burglarized. Investigators found a latex glove outside, but no arrests were made. She told police that someone left her sliding glass door open. She also reported that she was missing $2,500 in cash.
