Okay, this can't be real. The buzz at the Grammys was that Britney's family really want to get her away from Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib. Her family has put together a world tour and Brit will go out in the next few weeks. WTF? How? Who is going to perform?

Brit has been training hard in Los Angeles' Millennium Dance Complex, and sources have confirmed Britney is planning to showcase her new album "Blackout" in a global tour.
A source close to the singer told the New York Post that Britney "will be leaving the country in the next few weeks.
