People Magazine is reporting that Richie Sambora's drunk driving is resulting in two misdemeanor charges, DUI and child endangerment, since he was careening around Laguna Beach drunk in his Hummer with his 10-year-old daughter Ava in the car.
Richie's girlfriend Jenn Mallini, "celebrity stylist for Girls Gone Wild, (cool claim to fame)and his daughter's teenage cousin were also in the car during the incident.
Hope his "new girl" likes fat, sloppy drunks with gigantic gross ear lobes! According to DUI lawyer Lawrence Taylor , "Assuming Sambora was driving with over a .08 blood-alcohol level with a passenger under 14 in the car, he's looking at probable jail time."
I say guilty. Anyone who drives a Hummer is guilty of being an asshole, first of all. Sambora is a big, stupid, bloated loser who has been in rehab dozens of times and left early. He needs some serious jail time just because he sucks and his so called music is even worse.
